Please read these terms carefully before using YTSave. By using the site, you agree to the rules below.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using YTSave (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
YTSave provides free, browser-based utilities for converting, resizing, compressing, and converting images into PDFs. All processing happens locally on your device — we do not host or store your files.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Process content that is illegal, infringes copyright, or violates the rights of others.
- Create or distribute material that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or harmful to minors.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
- Resell, repackage, or commercially redistribute the Service without our written permission.
4. Your content
You retain full ownership of any image, document, or file you process with YTSave. Because nothing is uploaded, we never receive a license to your content. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any file you process.
5. Intellectual property
The YTSave name, logo, design, and code (excluding open-source libraries used under their respective licenses) are the property of YTSave. You may not copy or reproduce them without permission.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the output of any tool will meet your expectations.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YTSave and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits — arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
8. Changes to the service
We may add, modify, or remove tools and features at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; significant changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable local laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
